In light of the exceptional circumstances caused by the Icelandic Volcanic eruption please note below Occidental Hotels & Resorts policy with regards arrivals and in-house guests.

Canceled Arrivals

Guests unable to arrive due to canceled flights have the opportunity to rebook within 14 days for stays at the same hotel in May, June, September, October and up to 19 November 2010 at the same rate as in their present reservation.
Provided guests rebook there is no cancellation or amendment penalty.

In House Guests
We recognize the importance of taking every care of the in-house guests.  Guests unable to depart due to cancelled flights will be charged a special daily rate.

This will be collected locally from each affected guest.

Should you prefer us to invoice you at the present applicable rate for these guests please arrange for your local management to contact the hotels today.

Naturally we do hope that this is an isolated incidence and that further disruption will not occur over the weekend and beyond.  Please do not hesitate to contact us should you wish to discuss this in further detail.
